ISO MANAGEMENT BRIEFINGS (1 DAY OR 4-6 HOURS)

This module gives an overview of the fundamental Management System principles and requirements of the relevant ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 Standards. It explains and clarifies management responsibilities as well as other requirements of the relevant Standard. The Module also presents the route to quality system certification to ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 Standards including application of Management principles. Module is recommended for Top Management Staff of Organizations.

INTRODUCTORY, INTERPRETATION & IMPLEMENTATION COURSE (4 DAYS)

The module explains the applicable ISO management Standard Clause by clause and seeks to align them with the organization’s existing processes. It identifies gaps and offers tools needed for effective implementation of the relevant standard. It deals with the preparation of the Management System Manual and other MS documentation, its maintenance and the principles of documented information control and maintenance. This is recommended for all preparing for certification of tier quality system, especially those in the implementing team and middle level managers, supervisors and operators. The participants are thus grounded and well equipped for effective /beneficial implementation of the applicable management standards.

MODULE III INTERNAL QUALITY SYSTEM AUDIT (4 DAYS)

This module treats the clauses of the ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 Standards and what is necessary to be incorporated into the organization’s business structure for a good Management System and addresses the principles and the practice of management system audit focusing more attention on internal audit functions with the aim of fostering continual improvements. It also covers the MS principles stakeholders’ involvement and application of the requirements of ISO 19011 Standards in auditing. This is recommended for middle and senior level management and supervisors.

MODULE IV GENERAL STAFF AWARENESS

This course addresses the general staff and operator of the system. It is designed for junior staff and serves as avenue to explain the requirements and responsibilities of MS to staff. The course outlines the necessity of team work and importance of internal customer relationship in achieving quality of products and services.

The courses are designed to equip Managers /Operators with the elements of management system based on the ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 Standards series of manufacturing, service organization, government agencies and especially companies preparing for Management system certification according to ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 Standards, or those who are simply quality and efficiency conscious and desire a leading edge over their competitors in both domestic and international markets. At the end of the course full insights into the requirements of these standards are gained along with tremendous improvement opportunities thus laying a solid foundation for result and value driven oriented management systems.

Who May Apply

Top and Senior Management personnel of manufacturing / service organisations, government agencies, especially, those organizations preparing for Management System Certification according to ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000 & FSSC 22000 standards. Line Operators and other middle-cadre Management should also attend appropriate courses tailored to meet their particular needs considering the essential roles and position they occupy within the organizational structure and growth. This can be worked out during the initial contract negotiations.
